About The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist with fluent knowledge of English and Polish to join our growing team in Poland. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual at the start of their sales career who wants to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
In this role, you will support our go-to-market efforts, identify and engage potential customers, and help build a strong sales pipeline for the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Outreach: Support outbound campaigns with personalized messaging to connect with target prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff and aligned messaging.
- CRM Updates: Keep accurate records of activities and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Market Focus: Stay informed on key trends and business challenges in the French-speaking market.
Experience:
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or internships in B2B environments is a plus.
- Interest in SaaS, CRM, or tech sales is preferred.

- Good written and verbal communication in English.
