About the Role:

Antdata is looking for a Junior ML Engineer! We are a data analytics company delivering advanced solutions that drive business success. We transform data into insights that lead to action. Our team also develops and deploys Machine Learning solutions that optimise decision-making, automate processes, and enhance business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Data Science solutions, individually or collaboratively, for clients across various industries
• Validate, preprocess, and transform data to extract meaningful insights, enhance data quality, and build efficient, reliable ML models using Python/Spark/SQL
• Deploy and operationalize ML models in cloud environments, implementing robust monitoring, error handling, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project goals, data strategies, and technical solutions.
• Develop LLM-based applications (Chatbots, AI Agents) to facilitate faster information retrieval from structured and unstructured internal and external data.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a ML Engineer, Data Scientist or related field.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/PySpark with experience in DS frameworks such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, scipy, and xgboost.
• Familiarity with ML concepts including tree-based models, time-series, gradient boosting, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model interpretability.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Databricks / MS Fabric.
• Eager to explore new technologies and stay up to date with modern data solutions.

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with LLM-based applications, including RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and having experience with one of the LLM API provider.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics and Bayesian methods.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI.
• Prior experience working in FMCG or business areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, RGM, Sales & Operation Planning, and HR.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance using tools like GitHub/Azure DevOps, Docker, and MLflow.
• Experience with presenting project process and results to non-technical people.
