Technical / Development Lead

Salary: 140-165pln/h net + vat on B2B

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Python and big data technologies
• Oversee the development of data workflows and pipelines in cloud-based environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery goals
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within CI/CD frameworks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers on the team
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Support agile delivery through participation in planning, code reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical leadership or development lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and data engineering tools
• Practical knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark or Databricks
• Experience with tools like Airflow or similar
• Proficiency in working with Azure Cloud and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with production infrastructure, monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog), and CI/CD automation
• Previous work in enterprise agile environments
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English (C1)
