About the Company:

ExpertSender is a technology company with over 16 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation. We operate globally with clients from Europe, the USA, Brazil, and China. We develop our own marketing automation systems (EMP and ECDP), used by well-known e-commerce brands such as 4F, Reserved, Kazar, and Uniqa. ECDP is growing rapidly, with sales and customer numbers increasing by 100% year-on-year, which is why we are expanding our Lead Generation team.


Role Overview:

As a Sales Researcher / Junior SDR, you will support the sales team from the very beginning of the funnel and learn modern outbound techniques. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Searching for companies and decision-makers based on ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • Working with data in spreadsheets and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Building lists for cold emailing, cold calls, and LinkedIn
  • Preparing data for outbound campaigns
  • Using tools like Clay for data enrichment
  • Eventually conducting cold emailing and cold calling

Who We Are Looking For:

No experience is required. We are looking for someone who:

  • Wants to learn B2B sales and prospecting
  • Is meticulous and comfortable working with data
  • Is not afraid of contacting people
  • Can work in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Has English language skills at a minimum B2 level

An additional plus (but not a requirement) is an interest in e-commerce, automation, AI, or modern sales tools.
