About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven IT Product Manager to lead our core business intelligence platform. In this role, you will have full ownership of the product roadmap, shaping a product that gathers and processes data from Novomatic's global markets and products. Your work will have a direct impact on our business by creating meaningful dashboards and reports that empower our teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond simple backlog management. You will be the product leader for your area, responsible for defining requirements and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive data processing and data visualisation product. A significant part of your role will be engaging directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the customers, to understand their needs and translate them into a clear product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy: analyse the market, competition and user needs to set long-term goals aligned with the company's vision
• Manage the product lifecycle: oversee the product from concept through development, launch and continuous optimisation
• Prioritise and manage the backlog: create and prioritise tasks based on business value, market data and user feedback, while also addressing technical aspects such as reducing technical debt
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with developers, data analysts, market operators and senior management to ensure cohesive execution of the product vision
• Communicate and manage stakeholders: keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations and clearly present the product and its value
