Key Responsibilities:
 
- Develop new features
- Maintain applications by monitoring, updating, and repairing existing solutions
- Design and implement cutting-edge solutions that have a real impact on the market
- Test and debug applications
- Collaborate with a team of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers
- Work with databases: design and implement schemas, while ensuring their security and performance
- Share knowledge and promote best programming practices
- Participate in strategic senior meetings and influence the company's technological development
- Act as a technical project leader and collaborate with project managers

Must have
- Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails and SQL
- Experience in writing unit tests (RSpec)
- Familiarity with GIT
- Experience with JavaScript, ReactJS
- Communicative English skills (minimum B2+)
- A strong sense of responsibility and independence
- Proactivity and initiative
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
- Commitment to personal development and interest in analyzing new technology trends

Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Project Team Lead
- Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI)
