We’re searching for a Resourcer / Recruiter to help us find top tech talent and support our Sales Consultants with the latest market insights. You’ll get to work with awesome technologies like DevOps, Cloud, and Software Development.

What you’ll do:

• Build lasting relationships with candidates over the phone.
• Smash your sales and KPI targets every month, quarter, and year.
• Get to know exactly what our clients are looking for in their hires.
• Work closely with the sales team to find and qualify the best candidates.
• Spot and share new business leads.
• Grow and use your network of SAP/IT pros.
• Look out for chances to help other RED teams with your client connections.

Who you are:

• You’ve got at least a year’s experience in resourcing for tech roles (Data, Cloud, Software Dev, Cyber, SAP, or similar).
• You’re ambitious and always aim to exceed expectations.
• You know your way around the recruitment industry and have solid business sense.
• You work independently, stay organized, and manage your time like a pro.
• You’re a strong communicator (written and spoken) and a skilled negotiator.
• You’ve got a proven track record in sales and aren’t afraid to put in the hours when needed.
