We are looking for new colleagues to join our expanding Warsaw team to experience recruitment on international level!

Would you like to take part in the recruitment of new and high demand technologies on international level? AI/ML, Data, SAP... All here!..

We have hybrid work model and our moden and ergonomic office is located in the center of Warsaw.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Actively and independently searching for candidates with experience in IT/SAP for

international clients.

● Recruitment on an international level.

● Searching, interviewing, and delivering candidates to open roles.

● Use your creativity and networking skills to attract the best talent in the market.

● Support and guide less experienced IT recruiters, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

● Stay organized by keeping our candidate database up-to-date and managing day-to-day

operational tasks.

● Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

● 1-2 years of experience in IT and/or SAP recruitment or headhunting.

● A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset to solve problems and meet targets.

● Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus – Polish, German, French, Spanish,

and more).

● Excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.

● A desire to step outside of your comfort zone and strive for success.

● Knowledge of the IT environment and an interest in tech recruitment.

● Bonus: Experience in SAP recruitment or outsourcing.

● Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office tools like Word, Excel, etc.
