1.0.2 — GDPR Compliance
Privacy is not just a word for us — it's the foundation we build every feature on. v1.0.2 brings comprehensive GDPR/RODO compliance to the ATS - from candidate consent collection, through data retention, to DSAR request handling.
- Candidate consent system. Candidates applying for jobs now provide separate consents — for data processing, future recruitments, and special category data. Clause content is GDPR Art. 13 compliant and configurable per company. Every consent is recorded with a full audit trail.
- Compliance settings for recruiters. A new "Compliance" tab in company settings lets you configure Data Protection Officer (DPO) details, retention periods, data controller information, and information clause content — all in one place.
- Data retention dashboard. Automatic tracking of candidate data retention periods. Color-coded urgency indicators, filtering, and manual anonymization. Records are automatically created when a recruitment is archived or a candidate is hired.
- DSAR request handling. A dashboard for managing data subject access requests (DSAR) — view, track status, and fulfill candidate requests in line with GDPR requirements.
