v1.0.7April 18, 2026

Application Form Builder

v1.0.7 introduces a fully configurable application form builder. Recruiters can now control exactly what information candidates provide when applying -- from toggling default fields to adding custom questions with various input types.

  • Configurable application forms. Every application form starts with locked fields that are always required -- first name, last name, email, and CV upload. Beyond that, recruiters can toggle default fields like phone number, LinkedIn URL, website, and cover letter on or off. Each field can be marked as required or optional.
  • Custom fields. Recruiters can add their own fields with four types: text input for short answers, text area for longer responses, single select dropdown for one choice from a list, and multi select checkboxes for multiple choices. Each custom field supports a label, placeholder text, helper text, and a required flag.
  • Company-wide defaults. A default application form can be configured in Company Settings. Every new recruitment automatically inherits this form. Recruiters can then customize the form for a specific recruitment without affecting others.
  • Per-recruitment override. Each recruitment can have its own customized form. Recruiters can enable a custom form, add or remove fields, toggle defaults, and reorder everything with drag and drop. The form builder shows a live preview in a sidebar that renders the actual candidate-facing form.
  • Settings tab with subtabs. Recruitment settings are now organized under a dedicated Settings tab with two subtabs: Stages for pipeline configuration and Application Form for the form builder.
  • Backwards compatible. Existing applications and their data remain intact. The old custom questions system is deprecated but all historical data is preserved. Fields are never hard-deleted -- when a recruiter removes a field, it is soft-deleted so existing application replies always display with the correct label.

Team Collaboration

v1.0.6 introduces team collaboration to wayto.tech. You no longer have to manage recruitment alone — invite your team, define who does what, and give hiring managers access to exactly the positions they're responsible for.

  • Team roles and permissions. Three roles with clear boundaries: Admin has full control over settings, billing, and team management. Recruiter can create and manage all recruitments and candidates. Hiring Manager can review candidates only in the recruitments they've been assigned to.
  • Invite your team. Add team members by email with a specific role. They receive an invitation they can accept or decline. You can resend, cancel, or copy the invite link at any time.
  • Hiring manager access control. Assign hiring managers to specific recruitments — from the team page or directly from recruitment details. They see only what's relevant to them, keeping your other data private. Manage assignments through a sidebar with recruitment cards showing status, applicants, and key details.
  • Team management page. A dedicated team page to manage your entire team. Admins and recruiters are displayed separately from hiring managers, each with relevant columns and actions. Change roles, manage recruitment access, and remove members — all with confirmation dialogs.
  • Live support. We've added live chat support across the platform so you can reach us whenever you need help — whether you're setting up your team, managing recruitments, or running into an issue.

Recruitment Stages & Public API

v1.0.5 gives you full control over your recruitment pipeline and a public REST API for building custom careers pages. Here's what's new:

  • Customizable recruitment stages. Define custom pipeline stages for each recruitment or set company-wide defaults. Configure stage colors, ordering, and automated actions — like triggering skill tests or AI screening when a candidate enters a specific stage.
  • Pipeline editor. A new visual pipeline editor lets you drag and reorder stages, add or remove steps, and configure per-stage automations. Available both at the company level (default pipeline) and per recruitment.
  • Stage automations. Attach actions to any pipeline stage. Automatically assign skill tests, trigger AI CV screening, or run custom workflows when candidates move between stages — so your process runs itself.
  • Public careers API. Fetch your job listings via a simple REST API and display them on your own website — fully styled your way. Filter by department, location, and employment type, get jobs grouped by department, and use built-in pagination. Generate API keys and find full documentation with code examples in Settings > API.

AI Job Description Generator

v1.0.4 takes the friction out of writing job descriptions. Describe a role in a few words and let AI do the rest. Here's what's new:

  • Generate job descriptions with AI. Open the AI sidebar when creating a recruitment, describe the role in your own words, and get a complete, structured job description — responsibilities, requirements, nice-to-haves, and what you offer. Works in Polish and English.
  • Enhance existing descriptions. Already have a draft? Click "Enhance with AI" to refine it. Use quick actions to shorten, expand, adjust the tone, simplify the language, or translate — or type exactly what you want changed.
  • Choose your tone. Pick formal, friendly, or startup tone before generating. The AI adapts the writing style to match how your company communicates.
  • Smart company context. The generator knows your company and uses that context to make the "What We Offer" section relevant — no generic filler.
  • Built-in feedback. Rate each AI response with a thumbs up or down so the experience keeps improving over time.

Analytics & Campaign Tracking

v1.0.3 brings analytics and campaign tracking to your recruitment process. See what's working, where candidates come from, and how to get more applications. Here's what's new:

  • Company-wide analytics dashboard. A new Analytics section gives you an overview of your recruitment performance: total views, unique visitors, applications, and conversion rate. Track trends over time with daily charts, compare performance across recruitments, and see which traffic sources deliver the best results.
  • Per-recruitment analytics. Dive into performance data for individual recruitments. See page views, apply button clicks, and submitted applications with a visual conversion funnel that shows exactly where candidates drop off, so you know what to optimize.
  • Traffic source breakdown. Understand where your candidates come from. Analytics show performance by source (LinkedIn, email campaigns, career portals) with conversion rates for each channel, both at the company and individual recruitment level.
  • UTM link generator. Create trackable campaign links directly from a recruitment. Choose your source (LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl, NoFluffJobs, email), name your campaign, and get a short link ready to share. Every click and application is tracked back to the link, so you can measure which campaigns actually work.
  • Privacy-first tracking. No raw IP addresses are stored. Visitors are identified through anonymized fingerprints (hashed IP + User-Agent), so analytics work without collecting personally identifiable data.

GDPR Compliance

Privacy is not just a word for us — it's the foundation we build every feature on. v1.0.2 brings comprehensive GDPR/RODO compliance to the ATS - from candidate consent collection, through data retention, to DSAR request handling.

  • Candidate consent system. Candidates applying for jobs now provide separate consents — for data processing, future recruitments, and special category data. Clause content is GDPR Art. 13 compliant and configurable per company. Every consent is recorded with a full audit trail.
  • Compliance settings for recruiters. A new "Compliance" tab in company settings lets you configure Data Protection Officer (DPO) details, retention periods, data controller information, and information clause content — all in one place.
  • Data retention dashboard. Automatic tracking of candidate data retention periods. Color-coded urgency indicators, filtering, and manual anonymization. Records are automatically created when a recruitment is archived or a candidate is hired.
  • DSAR request handling. A dashboard for managing data subject access requests (DSAR) — view, track status, and fulfill candidate requests in line with GDPR requirements.
v1.0.1March 16, 2026

1.0.1

v1.0.1 reshapes how recruitment works - giving your careers page a fresh minimalistic look and streamlining how you set up and manage recruitments. Here's what's new:

  • Faster way to create and manage positions. Setting up a new recruitment is now simpler and quicker — fewer fields, a more streamlined process, and everything focused on what matters for your hiring pipeline.
  • Redesigned public careers page. Company careers pages now feature a clean, minimalistic layout with filtering by department, location, and employment type. Listings are grouped by department, and candidates can view details and apply without navigating to a separate page.
  • New simplified recruitment creation flow. The recruitment creation wizard has been streamlined — fewer steps, less clutter, and everything you need in one place.
  • Departments & locations. Organize your recruitments with departments and locations. Group positions by team, filter candidates by office — giving your hiring process more structure as your company grows.
  • Simplified careers page admin. The recruiter-facing Careers Page is now a single consolidated view — company info, about section, social media links, and a careers toggle — all in one place.
  • Job board is now a separate feature. Publishing to the job board is decoupled from your recruitment workflow. When you're ready to reach a wider audience, add the additional job details needed for the board — your day-to-day recruitment runs independently.
