The SW Integration QA is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and documentation of both software and hardware integration. The QA works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and document comprehensive integration plans and processes, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and document the creation of processes for all aspects of software integration, including integration strategies, integration plans, defect management, and reporting.
- Develop documentation for software engineering practices, tools, and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and automation frameworks.
- Work closely with software developers, testers, and engineers to gather information to review and detail User Stories.
- Analyze test results, document defects and track them in Jira.
- Prioritize defects based on severity, impact, and requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Develop user guides, tutorials, and training materials for internal teams on software testing and engineering tools and processes.
- Review and edit technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and style guides to ensure consistency across all documents.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and understandable language for various audiences
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical information.
- Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g. Miro, drawio, Confluence, Markdown).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
