Job Description

• Active search for Candidates with different techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search).
• Selection of Candidates during phone screening and then interviews.
• Following-up of the candidate during the process.
• Working with sales & technical experts to validate your candidate.
• Guardian of the quality of the candidate experience.
• Be part of workshops for the recruitment department evolution.
• Challenging the organization for collective changes.

Qualifications

• Junior / Mid level experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of the IT industry.
• Good knowledge of direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean search.
• Good knowledge of the high-quality recruitment process.
• Good knowledge of creating profiles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Achieving the target.
• English language min B2.
• Strong discipline and responsibility for your production and delivery.
• Being proactive.
• Very good communication skills.
• Team player attitude.

• Rate: up to 6 500/8 500 PLN gross per month
