We specialize in R, Shiny, and cloud technologies, and we’re passionate about open source, innovation, and building impactful solutions.


About the role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can design and execute full-funnel, performance-driven campaigns that turn complex technical services into predictable revenue. You’ll partner with Sales, Outbound, and Delivery to turn our SCE, clinical reporting, and automation services into clear offers, campaigns, and measurable growth.


What you'll do:

  • Performance & Growth (≈50%)
    • Run multi-channel campaigns: content, PPC, Google search, webinars, landing pages, lead gen
    • Test relentlessly, scale what works, kill what doesn’t
    • Focus on channels where pharma/biotech decision-makers actually are
    • Build and refresh ICP target lists in HubSpot
    • Create collateral: one-pagers, case studies, email sequences
  • Outbound & ABM Support (≈40%)
    • Support research on target accounts, contact mapping, list building
    • Deliver materials that help outbound and sales close deals
  • Contractor Management (≈10%)
    • Brief copywriters, SEO specialists, and freelancers
    • Ensure timelines and quality are on track

Who you are:

  • You understand what people buy, why they buy it, and where they buy it. And you genuinely enjoy marketing.
  • You can reverse-engineer revenue goals into clear campaign tactics
  • You’ve run performance campaigns before (not only PPC!)
  • You can manage external contractors to extend your bandwidth
  • You’re comfortable with data: HubSpot, GA4, Google Sheets
  • You use AI daily but think critically about its output
  • You write clearly and brief others even better
  • You ask “why?” before you execute

Nice to have:

  • B2B services marketing experience
  • Understanding of pharma/biotech
  • Experience in low-volume, high-value markets
