About the Role:

GB2B builds the technology foundation behind modern iGaming platforms — where usability, clarity, and trust directly impact player engagement and business outcomes. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thinks like a product owner, designs with intent, and balances data, experience, and intuition to create interfaces that truly work.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration
• Design experiences grounded in data, user behavior, and product goals, while confidently using intuition and experience when data is incomplete
• Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces
• Design and evolve component libraries and design systems for scalable, consistent products
• Create thoughtful designs across web platforms, mobile web, and mobile applications
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback, metrics, and real-world usage

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer on complex digital products
• Demonstrated product mindset — understanding trade-offs between usability, business, and technical constraints
• Experience designing and maintaining component libraries / design systems
• Proven work across web, mobile web, and mobile app platforms
• Ability to work confidently with data, insights, and qualitative feedback, while trusting professional judgment when needed
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach
• iGaming experience is a strong plus, especially with player-facing or operator platforms
