We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist who can own and execute Jugl’s marketing initiatives end-to-end. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on, capable of managing teams, coordinating across geographies, and driving customer acquisition through SEO, AEO, GEO, and social media.
This is a goal-oriented role, focused on outcomes and impact rather than clocking hours. Flexibility and ownership are key.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with Jugl’s product and business goals
Translate product value propositions into clear, compelling messaging
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches
SEO, AEO & GEO Expertise
Own and continuously improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy
Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for AI-driven search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE)
Optimize content and presence for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility across AI-powered discovery channels
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
Customer Acquisition & Growth
Drive organic and inbound customer acquisition through content, search, and social channels
Optimize funnels from awareness to conversion
Collaborate with product and sales teams to improve activation and retention
Social Media & Brand Growth
Build and scale Jugl’s social media presence across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, others as needed)
Define content calendars, campaign themes, and growth experiments
Track engagement, follower growth, and lead contribution from social channels
Team Coordination & Leadership
Manage and coordinate marketing team members and external partners
Work closely with cross-functional teams in India and the USA
Ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely execution across time zones
Hands-on Execution
Actively create and edit content (blogs, landing pages, social posts, campaigns)
Set up and manage marketing tools, dashboards, and workflows
Review and optimize campaigns based on data and performance
Analytics & Reporting (Added Responsibility)
Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CAC, engagement, and ROI
Use data to make informed decisions and iterate on strategy
Present insights and recommendations to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in marketing for a startup or product-based company
Strong experience in SEO, AEO, and GEO
Proven ability to define and execute marketing strategy
Experience managing or coordinating team members
Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
