In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a specialized team of Data Engineers and Ad Operations Specialists
- Driving automation and optimization of data pipelines supporting marketing operations
- Supporting system architecturing (both HLD and LLD) for complex data workflows
- Actively participating in discussions with key clients about GCP technological solutions
- Collaborating with Technical Project Managers to ensure effective project delivery
- Overseeing implementation of campaign tracking and measurement solutions
- Making strategic decisions on technology adoption and implementation
- Identifying opportunities for operational process improvements through technology
- Actively recruiting technological talent while empowering existing team members
- Identifying growth opportunities for team members in emerging technologies
