About the Department

The Engineering Team at Duett is primarily based in Poland, while our Product Management and QA teams are located in Norway. Despite this geographical separation, we collaborate closely and are committed to continuously improving our agile practices. Our engineering teams work together with QA specialists, UI/UX designers, support, and product management to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Role Objective

As a Junior Full Stack Developer at Duett, you will help enhance Duett Økonomi, one of Norway's leading accounting systems. You will gain experience throughout the entire development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and maintenance. We use agile methodologies and emphasize close cooperation to deliver user-friendly solutions. In this role, you will develop new features using modern technologies, assist in migrating existing functionalities, and be actively involved in integrating AI technologies into our development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
• Participate actively in agile meetings, such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Support automation and improvement of development workflows.
• Stay up to date with new technologies relevant to our tech stack.

Your Experience

• Higher education in IT, software development, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic knowledge or some experience in full-stack development with .NET.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Understanding of, or interest in, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Interest in learning about cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Interest or basic knowledge in AI agents and AI-assisted coding.

Your Profile

• You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working in agile teams.
• You are proactive and value continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• You have an interest in AI agents and using AI-assisted development tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English. Norwegian skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
