Role Overview:

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Lending Partnerships Manager to join our team in Warsaw. You will be responsible for building our distribution network from the ground up, establishing deep relationships with financial brokers and partners across Poland. This is an end-to-end sales role. You will not only hunt for new partners but also handle the customer servicing process—coordinating loan cases from the initial lead to the final closing to ensure a smooth experience for our partners and clients.


Key Responsibilities – Things You Will Do:

  • Go-to-Market & Network Building: Identify, recruit, and onboard key financial intermediaries (mortgage brokers, SME advisors, accounting firms) to the PaveNow partner network.
  • End-to-End Deal Execution: Take ownership of incoming loan applications. You will coordinate the case from the initial lead, through document collection and credit queries, to final disbursement.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for your partners. You will handle their queries, manage expectations, and ensure PaveNow remains their preferred lender for SME clients.
  • Process Coordination: Work closely with the Risk team to ensure deal quality. You will be the bridge between the external market and our internal credit committee, ensuring efficient information flow.
  • Market Feedback: Gather insights from brokers and customers regarding our product and pricing to help leadership refine our offering and stay competitive.

Our Selection Criteria:

  • At least 3–5 years of work experience in a sales, relationship management, or business development role within the Polish financial services industry (SME lending, leasing, factoring, insurance or banking).
  • Native Polish and strong communication skills in English (B2+ level).
  • Solid understanding of the loan application process and the ability to guide a customer or broker through it.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.

  • Have an existing active network of broker contacts or financial intermediaries in Poland.
  • Have previous professional experience working as a broker or independent financial advisor.
  • Are willing to join Sales in speaking with real customers to understand their pain points and using those insights to help us design better financial products.

Role:

Role type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days per week in office).

Location: Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: We offer a competitive base salary plus a quarterly commission structure based on the percentage of the loan book generated.

Employment: B2B contract.
