Who We Are:

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.


Job Summary:

As a Junior SQL Developer, you will work on the implementation and set-up of new clients in the system. As part of this team, you are going to transfer data from their old system to ours, communicate with our business team in the USA regularly and enforce the business plans and ideas, be in regular communication with members of development teams to share knowledge and develop new solutions.


Essential Functions:

  • Creating queries in SQL based off client and project requirements.
  • Data analysis, review, and testing of migrations to ensure accuracy of client information.
  • Development of MS SQL server databases.
  • Efficiently communicate with Business and larger ETL team members to better understand the client and project needs.
  • Give feedback on data analysis results. Frequently provide updates to team members on project status and report any issues.

Experience:

  • Graduate of IT degree or related studies.
  • Commercial experience up to 1 year.
  • Knowledge of SQL technology.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL processes (SSIS in particular) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, up to one day a week in our Krakow office.

The Pay Range For This Role Is:

6,500 - 7,800 PLN per month(PCMI Poland)
