Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who understands the B2B realities in IT and can independently deliver results.

Your Role:

• Responsible for active and independent lead generation and real support of the sales process:
• Active actions: cold & warm calling;
• Independent research and qualification of B2B clients;
• Conversion of leads from marketing to sales;
• Co-creation of sales-supporting content (website, social media);
• Working with a CRM system;
• Close cooperation with the sales and technical team;

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in lead generation in the IT industry;
• Understanding of B2B sales realities and decision-making processes on the client side;
• Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level);
• Ability to work independently and responsibly;
• Proactive, result-oriented, not just task-checking;
• Interest in technology and understanding its business value;
• Good work organization and attention to quality;
