We're looking for Business-Systems Analyst with significant experience in financial/ banking industry.
The job is fully remote but there will be occasional (once a month) meetings at the office in Warsaw or Łódź, or possibly in Bydgoszcz.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business and systems analyst
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry in the field of credit processes and/or products for retail customers, in particular:
- Knowledge of the stages of applying for, processing and servicing retail loans
- Understanding of credit assessment mechanisms, scoring models and integration with external databases
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the banking sector (e.g. KNF recommendations, AML/KYC)
- Experience working in Scrum or similar
- High degree of independence – ability to make decisions without constant supervision
- Proactivity – proposing improvements, not just completing tasks ‘from tickets’.
- Knowledge of process modelling in BPMN (business processes) and UML (system diagrams, e.g. use cases, sequences) standards
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Ferryt low code platform
- Knowledge of decision engines and designing inter-system integration and APIs
- Basic knowledge of SQL
You will:
- Acquire, analyse and document requirements and specifications for system users and customers, including evaluation and validation of solutions
- Design standardised processes, develop business and system analyses for new solutions and existing processes (credit process for retail customers)
- Prepare detailed requirements for developers, i.e. precise technical specifications on the basis of which developers will be able to operate
- Create interface mock-ups in accordance with business requirements
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to identify requirements
- Cooperate with the development team, IT architects, other analysts and the project manager
